Developed in Canada from British bred origins Speckle Park cattle are one of the fastest growing cattle breeds in the world. Renowned for their consistency in producing medium sized, high quality, well marbled carcasses, Speckle Park cattle calve easily producing vigorous calves which are quick to mature. A naturally polled breed they are valued for their quiet temperament and easy low stress management.

Sanlirra have been breeding Speckle Park cattle since 2021 purchasing their bull,  Ewyn P21 Rambo R41 (P) White by Ewyn Saskatoon and out of Ewyn Zazu Malia from Ewyn Speckle Park. Gherkin as William and Poppy, Matta and Elise’s children, named him will only breed the speckled colour.

Currently, they have pure Black Angus cows, Speckle cows and Murray Greys, crossing the bull over a few different breeds for a variety of colour.
